Grow box? - da fuk SGFC? - You'll have to determine this your self but my SGFC I had to mist (including the walls) every day, every 4-8 hours. Everything off the walls should evaporate within a couple hours. Monotub? - This is basically a "set and forget" setup. Although who could ever forget You dont fan monotubs at all. Although I've had to mist it a couple times my last run (threw the holes) you also determine this your self, look out for signs of to dry. But no fanning what so ever. There should be a small fan in the room for the monotub, pointing away from it, on low setting. -Zep

I'd need a picture of your setup, I still have no clue what you are talking about.
If it is a "cake" like a pint jar or so.
Fanning it causes the trigger of pinning (which are immature mushies). You'd be hand fanning a Shotgun Fruiting Chamber. You'd have a fan facing away from a monotub and on low settings if that's what you have. Look up and use the search function on BRF cakes in a SGFC, and a monotub, so you can better understand what you have. Was it a per-bought set-up or homemade?

Snap us a picture, don't be shy.
A ceiling fan, in the same room, would provide an alright amount of exchange in the room, just make sure you dust the fan blades.

Whatever it is you should still need to mist and fan a few times a day and fan if it is at field capacity ,a few times a day at least and if you need to mist you can till pins then it may be good to stop misting just fan fan fan .

I actually saw a picture of this in another forum at one point. That is a horrible spot for that setup to sit, because it looks like your trying to do a SGFC for BRF cakes. In order for water to evaporate off the perlite, there needs to be holes for sure on the bottom of your tub. Holes are as follows: Drill 1/4 holes 2" apart on all six sides. Pour your perlite in a drainer, rinse it off until water is clear coming off. Than pour your wet perlite in your SGFC 4"-5" deep. Your SGFC must not have a fan going in the room, it'll use the natural air current. You will mist and fan by hand everyday. Since there are suppose to be holes in the bottom of your SGFC, it needs to be up on stilts basically on all four sides so the bottom holes do not get covered up. i do this by placing the same size soup cans (so four in total) holding up my SGFC on a flat hard surface. not a bed.
Than add your cake, you'll be golden after that

Your sgfc is not to spec. You want a 1/4" hole every 2 inches on all 6 sides. You need more perlite, 4-5 inches. Mist then fan 3 times a day. You will get optimal results. I promise you. Don't skimp.

For best results, you'll need a new tote. That is no where near the specs for the sgfc, as psyentist said.
