thanks man. i have been a very causal drinker for the last ten years. this summer my drinking went from for fun, to for stress relief, to a very bad habit. i just need a brake. i still have vodka and wine in my house, and that actually makes it easier somehow. last night a international poured all the kitchen crew a shot of his grandmother's liquor, on day one of my self imposed hiatus. the true test is being faced with temptation, and being able to taste a liquor i may never be able to try again was very tempting. but i politely said no.

i rarely drink anymore i just never have had the taste for it. I only drink once and awhile when i'am with a girl who like to drink or i go to a party. but I've seen the effects of alcohol it can take a hold of ones life really easily and completely change a person

Quitting drinking was the second best thing I did, after kicking opiates & coke.

I had 3 cups of wine last night....and I'm still....drunk. Hangover status though. This is why I rarely drink. My tolerance is too darn low

I'm kinda the same. I had 24 oz of beer last night and just woke up feeling a little headachy and stuff. Damn I'm a wuss.
