Better yields for the same volume : 100% Rye vs Rye spawning to Bulk mix?

Hello everybody!
So I would want to apologize in advance for my bad english (i'm french hihi),and I hope that you will understand me properly.
I can say that I understood the bulk growing system, which is designed for increasing yields. I know that If I have 5 quarts of rye spawn fully colonized, I will achieve better yields if I spawn it to bulk and apply a casing layer that if I just put the grain straight and case it.
But let's imagine that I got two monotub containers, each holding 15 liters (approximately 15 quarts) of substrate.
If I decide to put in the first container 15 liters of colonized rye ; and in the second container, I put 15 liters of 1:1 Rye/Horse poo (so 7,5 L Rye and 7,5 L Horse Poo),which containers will give me the better yield?
I know that rye is far mor nutritious than manure, so in my opinion the better yield will be achieved by the first monotub, which contain the 100% Rye substrate. But I wanted other point of views on that! I'm happy to have unlimited amounts of rye, manure or coir to play with,so I don't care of which kind of substrate I would use. I just wanted to know if the same volume of 100%Rye is yielding better than the same volume of rye spawned to bulk (hPoo,coir,straw,etc...)
I hope you understood me...
Thank you in advance, myo6
EDIT: Oh,I forgot to say that I'm using a 50/50 casing mix in all my grows, these 2 monotubs would be cased

I am not sure exactly what you are asking.... but spawning would increase your yield than just plain rye fruited. In any case, why waste 15quarts of rye when you can just spawn 5-7quarts to manure or coir??

I'm asking if 10 quarts of 100% rye grain will yield better than 10 quarts of 50%Rye/50%bulk substrate (coir, hpoo, etc). If the same volume of different substrate could yield better if grain only were used, considering they are known to be far mor nutritious.

I think what your really wanting to ask is: If the manure/hay is more nutritious than coir as a bulk sub...?
lol, and then again...i guess not.

Mushrooms want water more than nutrients. These are not plants.
Grains dry out quickly and do not hold much water- that is why we choose to spawn them to bulk.
Spawn to bulk for best results. Fruiting grains to the best of their abilities requires a decent amount of maintenance.

I've heard better results with spawning to bulk rather than straight cased grains. It's less work too, pasteurizing is easier than sterilizing, so it would be more work to prepare more rye vs coir/poo.
Both will work at the end of the day though

Be sure and take some side by side pictures of all-grain tub fruiting beside mixed-grain/manure tub.
All grain grows can fruit for sure, but their yields are often grossly exaggerated. One problem with all grains in a tub is susceptibility to contamination, and also the need for a casing layer...
Look forward to your pictures.
