If it weren't for the bluing I would have guessed Deconica. I'm kinda curious to find out what they really are.

Has me on edge too.
My first thought based on color and structure Was galerina.(we all find enough of those right) Then the gills, I thought "surely deconica, I can't be lucky enough for Psilocybe", then the bruising had me saying "maybe it's just round-up and I'm a hopeless noob.
Now I'm completely clueless.

Please make a photograph of a cross section of those sclerotia if possible...
I'm almost certain that is not blue staining due to the presence of Psilocyn/Psilocybin, but I could be wrong.

Be honest. How many beers have you had?
Yes, some species of Psathyrella can have a spore deposit that is purplish in colour.

If they had sclerotia I would guess they are something in the section Mexicanae, like Psilocybe tampanensis or something cool like that, cool find. What state are you in again?

Looks like P, cearulipes/ There very common this year I have been finding them like cazy. all over the east. The bruising can take relativly a long time to turn blue. I have found some that took a good 45 min to notcably change after bruising.. The ones that I hvae been finding have a sligght sclorta but really I would not call it that. Its just a thickining at the base where the fruiting bodie emerges.

I wouldn't be so quick to say this is in the genus Psilocybe, I like paracelsus suggestion of Psathyrella or Lacrymaria because if you look closely at the surface of the pileus it looks to be granular which suggests to me a pileipellis in the form of a hymeniform layer, a derm rather than a cutis as in the genus Psilocybe...

Psilocybe,Deconica,Hypholoma,Stropharia,Leratiomyces and Lacrymaria can leave a "purplish" print.
Lacrymaria spore colour: Purplish to black http://www.rogersmushrooms.com/gallery/DisplayBlock~bid~6236.asp

The bruising seems to be stronger still even appearing on stems that didn't originally show any discoloration...
Here's the cross-section. At this point it's really quite dry. It's been sitting in the fridge for 6 hours. It was dry, and pretty far from fresh to begin with.

I still think the "bruising" on the base is trich.
I cannot explain the stem bruising.

I could believe the "trich" theory and chalk the bruising up to "round-up dye and wishful thinking"
It's just one of those gut feelings though, cause I had all the same thoughts when I plucked it.
At this point I would settle for just about anything. I'm hoping against hope, but I desire some closure.

This collection has attributes from multiple genuses (genera). You should obtain more taxonomic details and share them.
1. Perform microscopy on fresh specimens. (Spores and cystidia at least). 2. Photograph a newly emerging collection and capture details that others might not capture. 3. If you have a few extra specimens from a new, fresh collection try this: Place them in a tupperware container slightly cracked open for a tiny amount of air exchange and put it in the fridge for 12-14 hours. Re-photograph them.
Save some by drying them at about 105 degrees farenheit so someone can do DNA sequencing and chemical analysis.
No matter what they are, they are a cool species.

Haha, thanks. Hood and skirts are all flat black now.
That's my 86 turbo that I use as a toy. I've been messing around with it,and done a few "why not" things with it till i get enough money to get serious. I may have the VG30det sold out of it soon. Once that happens, and my recent job offer comes through I'll play powerhouse lotto with it and throw a randon engine in it. I think I know what I've landed on, but I won't tell till it's finished.

Being that you are sure there is round up in the area, I sure wouldn't consume them, even if they were an otherwise desirable species.
