Calling all editors, bloggers, and writers of every persuasion! I need some constructive feedback on my article. If you're dealing with hurt, anger, painful memories or simply want some positive and inspiring reading you should take this article for a spin: http://rageaholicsanonymous.wordpress.com/2013/09/27/healing-ancient-wounds/
"Yes, the world is destroying itself with both armaments and apathy. Yes, we’re a deranged, wacky bunch – mad as a hatter. And yes, we’re just as often fearful of change as we are embracing of it. But we are also all capable of profound and powerful transformation."
"Recognizing the hurt you feel in yourself and see reflected in the people around you is the integral first step to releasing negativity and embracing empathy. When compassion reigns freely in your life, you begin to more genuinely understand the interconnectedness between people’s emotions, actions and deepest aspirations."

Great article! Did you write it? I'll definitely be looking forward to more. Personally, I'd ditch the wordpress and purchase a domain. It is like $9 and looks much more pro.
Your writing is good and I like the idea of self improvement in a subtle instance; approaching more at the angle of bettering yourself through proactive, conscious choices VS "this is the day that changes your life". Everyday changes your laugh, that is consequence.
Nice article.

Thank you guys, the feedback is truly appreciated! I considered purchasing my own domain but I'm so new to the world of "blogging" that I hesitated. And indeed SoreSpore, that is my writing a lot of self-help strategies aim at convincing their readers that a sudden change in mindset, a "revelation" of happiness is just around the corner. But I've come to learn that, as with any healthy relationship, it's a constantly evolving and growing experience. All we can do is encourage positivity and allow it's healing effects to work their magic
