I find it amazing, that I bought Bridgesii, Cozconesis, and probably also peruvianos, in just simple nurseries as seedlings, for about 2$. Anyway, I wonder why it grows so slowly. Maby something in the conditions is not favorable, or otherwise it is a slow growing speciman. Now that I know it is Bridgesii, I will put a cutting in a better place.

It looks like it's in a very sunny spot, and it doesn't seem to like it.

Giving it some water might help, it's pretty dehydrated.

I was looking too same, very dehydrated cactus in the picture
...If cactus is on your property, pour ~5 liters of water for it with gargen watering can...
Even temps are good but dehydration causes trichocereus not to grow or they grow veeeeeeery slowly. Usually they just shrink cause lack of water and stop new growth. I have tested this on my windowsill.. Nice temps and no problem with it but without water, plants doesn't grow, they just shrinking and seems they are staying sames size. It's like cutting without roots when it's long time without water, no grow at all.
