eww man why the scalpel. just leave them alone.
I was diagnosed with HPV like 4-5 years ago. Well they cant test for sure if a guy has HPV, they just look for visual evidence and go from there. The doc froze off a few small bumps that I dont even think were warts, but whatever. I didnt really care about it TBH. Ive been honest with girls since, and havent had any problems with dating or anything.

i showed my dick to the doctor and he gave me a prescription for some medicine, this blue liquid i had to put on the warts for 3 days or so and they were gone. luckily the type of hpv what causes warts doesnt cause pussycancer (dont know how in english) 3/4 of men have it so dont worry about it

I went to the doc yesterday as I thought I had a wart on my sack and it was itchy af but I went there and he said this thing? This is "....", its from an ingrown hair as a result of me shaving my balls.
I've to take cream for a week, I calmly said it was good news and he had the face of someone who's time had been wasted even though I had an itchy lump on my ball so I think I was right to assume the worst but when I left the place I was ecstatic, smiling going down the stairs as sad people were heading upstairs.
Maybe that have them a ray of hope.

Use some Wart Off, refrain from the scalpel.

HPV is very, very common. Most people have it and don't show any symptoms, so they don't know they're infected. It's not part of the standard STD test, which usually tests for HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia ans syphilis.
The girl who gave it to you probably doesn't even know she has it, and if you give it to someone, they probably won't know they have it. Also, the types of HPV that cause genital warts do not cause cancer.
Because you're one of the few individuals who actually shows symptoms, the burden of telling your partner is placed upon you, which is, of course, unfair.
You carry an essentially benign virus whose worst symptom is the social stigma of having it. Most people aren't expected to tell their partner they have herpes if they've gotten a coldsore on their lip before.
You could be a good person and tell your partner, or, on the unlikely chance that she gets it and develops warts, you could just play dumb. It's up to you.
