I'm unsure but I'd guess its a Trichocereus pasacana seedling. Let it grow out and you will have a better idea.

I say too it's pasacana seedling. Peruvian torch having that amount of ribs is very rare if not impossible. Also peruvian torch is just not fit to cactus on the picture.

I believe the nursery you but'd this had a patch of trichocereus plants and every one has put same printed label.

Few days ago I was on nursery checking plants, every single columnar had similar tag saying "cereus" and advices how to grow cactus, there was hairy ones, spiny ones etc.. Everyone was a some sort of cereus still but different species just had same label. Regular customer doesn't care so much cause advice how to grow the plant fits to every cactus there is.

I have seen lots of this mass-labeling with same label but plant species vary still lots, only same label used cause advice how to take care of plant fits to every cacti there was. Your cactus can resemble just spiny columar trichocereus what is easy definition to peruvian torch so it can be like t. pasacana or t. terschekii also, or some sort of spiny trichocereus or cereus.. They all can be easily used under same label cause none of these doesn't need special care to grow and same advice can be used so no need to print lots of different labels in nursery.. Or nursery has buy'd the plants with labels like that..
