Milky mycellium at base

I have previously done a small cambodia grow, and this is a B+, which seems to grow very differently. In the end, the dry fruit still look/are wonderful but cammies just came out pretty much dry (in a good way) and would only start to develop a fuzz or milkiness at the base if they weren't fanned enough. With B+, they seem more milky to begin with (same subs same everything), and this is not a bad thing. But I noticed more watery-ness when they were birthed than with cammies, they seem to just be more moist in general I guess even from the second they come out the jar. Cammies were pretty dry when they came out.
Anyway. Getting to the point, when these fruit, they seem to have a milkiness (I don't call it a "fuzz", because I would see that on the base of cammies, and it really was fuzzy, this isn't as much) at the base and at the cake itself. This seems to be inherent, and i notice that there is no way for me to stop the white stuff around the base, whereas with cammies I would just see that when I didn't fan enough, and it wasn't on the actual cake. With these, after picking, there is sometimes a bit of mycellial out-growth left on the cake (from the fruit, even after its collected, but it seems to fix itself over some time). The thing is, these are covered in the white stuff at the base even if I do fan (and I've been fanning alot, it seems to help retroactively, as in, if I fan after it develops it seems to go down). And in the end, there is a small white/blue point on the dry mushy, which I'm sure is harmless, but I'd love to know what I can do (or should I not worry about it) or if I'm doing something wrong? Is it possible my perlite level is too high? It seems to be about the same as last time... (About 4 1/2 inches in a 70-something qt terrarium). I do fan alot.

1) Don't worry
2) I don't think perlite can be TOO high

I was wondering if maybe my humidity is too high or something, but I guess according to your answer, its all just part of nature's plan. It's just the only variable I could really think of.
