I had the best dream once (other than my favorite types of dreams which are about hiking and biking into the wilderness) during which I was speeding in a car and then crashed into a wall and died and it was all white. Yeah fo sho.
I woke up feeling pretty good about dying. And that's just the way I want to go. How perfect!

Sorry. We suck here. We're like normal humans with some spiritual or mystical bent. I am still looking for someone superluminous and free, wild in every way (and able to keep strict working hours).
But truth to tell, after you hang around with the 'woo-woo' bunch for a number of years (in my case 35 years) you have pretty much heard everything. I admit I have lost the pleasure I used to find in a lot of 'spiritual' stuff. (I use quotes because spiritual takes on a more discrete meaning after years of study).
In fact, it is largely a way to remain sane and to uphold the truth of the true mystical, to debunk that which isn't truly mystical. In spite of the content of your dream I merely see the psychological, and self harm in the fucked up knuckles. It's the self harm I worry about. And which I tried to point out.
I mean, I once took lots of xanax and took a nap and woke up to pee on the TV because I thought it was a toilet. That was bad enough. My wife still remembers. Xanax is on my -don't do- list (not just because of that one experience).
It might seem like I was beating up on you. That wasn't the truth. I have been a bit off-put for a few weeks listening to drooling idiot fundamentalist jesus freeks. I feel like the vampire who cringes upon hearing anything orthodox from any religion. I had it shouted at me until I turned bleu, went to catholic school and now it sounds like nails down a blackboard to me - like the carpenters on endless rewind. Christianity makes me want to off myself. You Christists will never understand how you have overstayed all bounds of reason and good taste.
But that's an entirely different story.
Sorry Chappie, continue on. And nevermind the trash here.

Zoloft Increases Risk of Suicidal Thoughts
The FDA recently completed a bulk evaluation of 372 studies involving approximately 100,000 patients and 11 antidepressants, including Lexapro, Zoloft, Prozac and Paxil. When the results are analyzed by age, it becomes clear there is an elevated risk for suicidal thoughts and behavior among adults 18 to 25 that approaches that seen in children, the FDA said in documents released before their scheduled December 13, 2006 meeting of its psychopharmacologic drugs advisory committee.
In May 2006, GlaxoSmithKline and the FDA cautioned Paxil may also raise the risk of suicidal behavior in young adults and changed the drug’s label to reflect that risk. The FDA has recently urged the makers of Zoloft and other SSRI antidepressants to add a warning about suicidal behavior. The FDA stated that patients using Zoloft and other antidepressants should be watched closely for suicidal tendencies. The FDA advisory panel suggested the new warnings after an emotional hearing with testimony from the parents of children and teenagers who attempted suicide or took their own lives after starting antidepressants. The expanded warnings on antidepressant labels advise health-care providers to "carefully monitor patients receiving antidepressants for possible worsening of depression or suicide ideation, especially at the beginning of therapy or when the dose either decreases or increases. SSRI Antidepressant linked to Suicide Risk
Zoloft belongs to a newer class of antidepressants called SSRIs, or selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors. A British study found an increase in suicide attempts among children taking antidepressants versus those taking sugar pills. The U.S. surgeon general estimates there are 30,000 suicides every year in the United States. According to researchers with Columbia University, 10 percent of all youth suffer from depression, and 1,883 children ages 10 to 19 years old killed themselves in 2001.
Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRI) Antidepressant Risk in Heart Disease Patients
A study has linked SSRI Antidepressants to an increased risk of death amongst patients with coronary artery disease. This study, conducted at Duke University, analyzed the survival rate of heart disease patients using antidepressants compared with those not using these drugs. During an average of three years of follow-up, 21.4% of the patients taking antidepressants died compared with 12.5% of those not on antidepressants. After adjusting for demographic factors, cardiac risk factors, scores on the Beck Depression Inventory test, and the presence of other illness, antidepressant use was an independent risk factor for mortality, increasing the risk by 62%. Researchers do not fully understand why antidepressants increase the risk of mortality in these patients. However, their findings are statistically significant and show that these drugs do increase the risk of death in heart disease patients. Current and former heart disease patients should weigh the risks and benefits of antidepressants before using these medications.

Lamotrigine (Lamictal) prescribing information has a black box warning about life-threatening skin reactions, including Stevens–Johnson syndrome, DRESS syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis.[25] The manufacturer states that nearly all cases appear in the first 2 to 8 weeks of therapy and if medication is suddenly stopped then resumed at the normal dosage. Patients should seek medical attention for any unexpected skin rash, as its presence is an indication of a possible serious or even deadly side-effect of the drug. Not all rashes that occur while taking lamotrigine progress to SJS or TEN. Between 5 to 10% of patients will develop a rash, but only one in a thousand patients will develop a serious rash. It is thought that one in 50,000 exposed patients may die from the rash. Rash and other skin reactions are more common in children, so this medication is often reserved for adults.
There is also an increased incidence of these eruptions in patients who are currently on, or recently discontinued a valproate-type anticonvulsant drug, as these medications interact in such a way that the clearance of both is decreased and the effective dose of lamotrigine is increased.
As of December 2010, lamotrigine carries an FDA black box warning for aseptic meningitis.[26]
Side-effects such as rash, fever, and fatigue are very serious, as they may indicate incipient Stevens–Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, DRESS syndrome or aseptic meningitis.[26]
Other side-effects include loss of balance or coordination, double vision, crossed eyes, pupil constriction, blurred vision, dizziness and lack of coordination, drowsiness, insomnia, anxiety, vivid dreams or nightmares, dry mouth, mouth ulcers,[citation needed] memory and cognitive problems, mood changes, runny nose, cough, nausea, indigestion, abdominal pain, weight loss, missed or painful menstrual periods, and vaginitis. The side-effect profile is different for different patient populations.[26]
Lamotrigine has been associated with a decrease in white blood cell count (leukopenia).[27] Lamotrigine does not prolong QT/QTc in TQT studies in healthy subjects [28]

Ive been having suicidal thoughts even before taking zoloft for 6 years so it doesnt bother me as much. I actually have less depressive episodes while on it I have lost family and friends galore due to my episodes. All of them that came back (not all did) say they like me better medicated. I would go on for weeks about one or a few things that bother me to anyone who would listen. People would give advice and I would continue on with the Woe is Me. My bipolar symptoms started at an early age but werent documented until my late 20s. The psychologists say its onset was in my 20s. I say it was due to having two crack and heroine addicted parents who put me in adult situations and left me places when I was a kid. It gets deeper but I shouldnt go further. To be totally honest here I dont think i will be around much longer. Im about fed up with feeling like a lab rat on meds that no one knows the long term effects of. My kidneys are going to be shot soon. Ive lost most of my family to deadly illnesses and freak accidents. I have no gf nor am I looking anymore. No sex drive whatsoever unless Im manic. I often think to myself how is it right a doctor can hand you a "Drug" and say its ok to take, but tell you street drugs and alcohol are bad!!! Ever since Ive been diagnosed 8 years ago Ive faced the stigma surrounding mental illness. Im tired as tired can be but cant find a way to go to sleep so to speak. I feel like an alien sometimes because no one I meet seems to understand me. My first impression is excellent with people. Even if in a bad mood I can put on a smile to fool onlookers. I cant own a gun. I collect ways to off myself in my brain. I often speak of ending it all. The only reason I dont is because REALLY I love life. I just HATE mine! The only reason if any I would kill myself is to evade the misery. Anyone who has suicidal tendencies or thoughts can tell you about this. I still have manic and derpessive times on meds they just happen less is all. I find dangerous things to do when Im depressed and pray for death. No shit Ive literally prayed for what ever created us to just end it please. I lack consistency in almost everything. Like I am so fucking talented it oozes out of me. Good luck getting me to stay on one subject for more then a year though. I go through everything I can find on a certain thing I obsess about until theres no more left that surprises me. I just move on to the next thing. When in a depressive mode I can tear down bridges that took years to build within minutes tho! I guess what Im trying to say is that its bullshit when people say you cant know youre crazy. I am well aware of it. I tell people so much about it because I want it to be common knowledge and hopefully break some of the stigma.
