1.

found on the edge of pine forest in small cluster. cap 8 cm in diameter, shiny reddish-black.
gills orange, non-equal, some half length, attached.
stem brownish and hard. whole mushroom very elastic.
flesh yellow, not much smell.

2.

cap is 8cm in diameter, reddish-brown, cracked.
gills pale-orange, not attached.
stem is about 23mm wide in diameter, cracked with parts disattaching.
flesh pale yellow, no smell.
looks like armillaria, but im confused with this fat stem and cracking.

1. Looks like a Lactarius of some sort.

2. looks like that same species being eaten by a hypomyces.

Both are very much guesses.

I do however think that 1 could really be a lactarius.

first is i think some kind of clitocyboid but i dont know nothing of those. or maybe atypical omphalotus. it cant be lactarius, it doesnt have milk.
second is probably some strange looking armillaria, but im not sure.
