Try walking her on a leash on a regular basis and making her stay one step behind you by your side. This is a trick from the "Dog Whisperer" that he uses all the time and often helps with dominance/obedience issues.

The collars im talking about just beep or vibrate.

i'll look into them but then I have to re train her to the beep or vibration. seems a clicker would be easier and as effective.

Not at range. Apparently they really dont like the noise. Look into. I haven't used them only dogs I've looked after had them from the owner. Never had to use it.

That list is based on what? I've seen many lists that are different. Some people for example consider weimeraners as the smartest dogs

my dog has become the greatest dog ever. no issues whatsoever and all of the girls love her, same goes with my cats.
