Rotting on mushroom stem?

This is my first grow and on the base of the stem of this mushroom is a dark-greenish-blueish color which looks unhealthy to me.
Is this shroom rotting and if so what would be the most likely cause of it?
Thanks for all responses!

Looks like bruising to me. Might need to raise your RH.

I have 5 inches of perlite in my SGFC but I may have been a little overzealous in fanning. When I'm home I'm lightly fanning every 2-3 hours since I'm worried about maintaining adequate FAE. When I made my SGFC I only had a 1/8" drill bit and so used that to drill my holes, thinking that if I just drilled twice as many as the tek suggested with a 1/4" drill bit I'd be fine. I forgot basic geometry though since 1/8" holes are actually 4 times smaller than 1/4" ones (hence why I've been trying to fan often).
Could my over fanning be ruining my humidity?

Yes, over-fanning is fucking it up. Mushrooms mostly like to be left alone. Fan and mist 2-4 times per day, as needed. You'd also do well to build a new, proper FC.

Yeah, I was going to wait and see how this grow turned out before deciding if I should build a new one but now I know I should.
Thanks for your input
