Just a refresher

Hey guys its been awhile and I'm just a but rusty on a few things.
I remember WBS taking around 7 days for full colonization as well as 7 days to full case colonization both at 80 degrees.
If I can recall 77 degrees was optimal fruit temperature.
I remember when drying out that you wanted dehydrator set at lowest possible settings because heat at the time was thought to hinder some of the psychotropic properties.
Are all these things still correct?

Your stuff will colonize as fast as it wants to, depending on strain. Usually about a week but it can vary a lot.
Room temp is fine for everything. My rule is if I'm comfortable then so are my mushies.
Run your dehydrator as hot as it'll go. Heat doesn't hurt as much as letting them sit around wet.

IME if you start from spores, grains usually take between 10 days to 3 weeks to reach full colonization, depending on your temps.
Ideal temps are between 70-80F, both for colonization and fruiting.
As for the drying process, high temps won't be an issue
Good luck
