Black spots on cubensis

Hi, the last few cubensis I grew have little black spots on them, and I wonder what that is...unfortunately I don't have a camera, so I'll try to describe it. In my opinion it is now mold, but what do I know. It is mostly on top of the cap and a litle bit on the stem, too, the texture is just the same as with the rest of the mushroom. It also smells normal. Could it be spores? But on top of the cap? That would mean that the shroom grew through the spores on the ground. But I was told that where the spores hit the ground, no mushrooms will grow? I'm confused

It's normal for spores to land on the cap. Air currents carry them up there when they leave the gills.

That would be odd though, because there is a black spot on the cap of the largest of the (only three) shrooms of this flush... I don't really think that it is contam, because it looks perfectly healthy, but I tend to be very careful about this whole thing (icluding planning the trip and everything, wich really pays off!)

The spores can even land on the cap of the same mushroom that produced them. Despite the term "dropping spores" they're actually launched into the air and can drift anywhere.

Do they "launch" spores even if the caps are only half open, I mean when this small piece of tissue between the cap and the stem just tore?

As soon as the veil breaks, spores are released. Right as the veil is tearing, you can typically see spores on the inside of the veil.

They can. If you're growing Cubensis the spores will have a purplish tint to them. Spores landing on the substrate won't prevent mushrooms from growing but allowing a large amount of spores to drop is sometimes associated with significantly reduced future flushes and increased vulnerability to molds.
