Need Help IDing a mushroom!

Habitat:
Where does it grow?

A park in Seattle,WA. Back woods, End of September What does it grow on?

Very moist, leafy soil with alder chips, found it by a tree stump.

Gills:
Light grey to black gills/veins are very close together

Stem:
Length 10-15.5 cm, diameter 1/2 cm, White white, fiberous texture, hollow in middle, thin and long, bruises dark dark blue-black.

Cap:
Diameter 6 cm, , brown in middle then changes to grey. Outer rim is black.Smooth texture, spherical, convex

Spore print color: Black Spore print
Very important!

Bruising:
Color that the mushroom bruises, if any.

Other information:
Scent of the mushroom is not much smell, maybe a little earthy if any!

Coprinellus sp. not active, possibly edible, but I wouldn't bother.

Those look like a coprinoid of some sort.  Are the gills turning mushy and black?
