is this Panaeolopsis sp.

Habitat:
in a patch of bent grass in a well kept lawn on north side of builing at bottom of hill in MA.

Gills:
like a brownish color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc.

Stem:
Length, diameter, whitey grey, texture, hollow, kinda thin, etc.

Cap:
Diameter, whitish, smooth, conical/spherical, convex, turned in toward stipe

Spore print color:
printing

Bruising:
non observed
Other information:
Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills.

bummer thought i had it. its the only other known active in my state.  was hoping I had found it.  What color should the print be i can't seem to find any info on the webs.  Can you print it if i ever find it. cause the cap is kinda funky.
