What do you guys recommend for anhedonia?

Hey guys, it's actually my first post here. I've been browsing around here every once in a while, but ever since I've felt anhedonic (not being able to feel pleasure in anything), I've decided that that I should give shrooms / LSD / DMT / ayahuasca a try. The things I've tried out that did nothing for the anhedonia were weed, MDMA, DXM, salvia (didn't have any breakthroughs or anything though), alcohol, Prozac, Wellbutrin, Ritalin, Adderall.
Prior to having anhedonia, I was a happy and creative person. Able to just listen to music first thing in the morning and feel really great. Able to be creative with the things in my mind (such as musical beats or raps) but no longer. Was interested in learning a whole lot of things and got inspired easily. No longer really aspired to do much anymore.
I really dunno what's the problem. I exercise regularly and all. I'm not "sad", but I just can't feel the happiness either. The music you listen to, the creativity you use to draw, your senses, your appetite, your libido, your relationship with others... It's all gone for me. All the pleasure you get out of it? I don't get any of it.
My recent use in MDMA kinda restored me in having faith in what was life. It changed my life. It made me realize that there are just so many things in the world to live for and it could definitely feel so much better. Unfortunately, despite that, I still wasn't able to feel the "pleasure" that everyone else knows. The feeling of being around good friends and enjoying their company, etc. In a way, it lifted my spirits up, but it didn't lift my brain up to the part where it was able to feel all of those emotions.
I feel so lost with all of this. I know this isn't really the place to discuss your life story or anything, but I just want to know that something like this is beatable without needing to go down the pharmaceutical route. Maybe I could, but I'm skeptical about them because of how it takes "months" or so for 'em to work and then suddenly, they'll stop working.
What if it's a dopaminergic problem? What if doing things like smoking weed might exacerbate it? Let's see, when I smoke weed, sometimes I'll get a feeling of what it was like to roll (ever since I first rolled), but then I'd sometimes also get a feeling of being lost in touch with everything. It's like depersonalization/derealization, if I'm really understanding it. I don't know what I could do for it all, I've been suffering for like well over a year and I'm tired of it. I used to enjoy the shit out of weed but that might have caused these feelings of depression to come up. I know some will say that anhedonia is apart of depression etc., but I really don't know anymore. I've been fighting for so long and sometimes, I ask myself why I'm even alive. It's just so hard to put myself out there when I feel like a robot.

I'd recommend finding something that gives you pleasure besides drugs, when drugs is the only way to feel pleasure, you're on a fast track to addiction, believe me.

you should try Sahaja Yoga meditation
I had a lot of that going on before I found it
not saying I'm perfectly happy and satisfied but it definitely does relieve anhedonia (if you dedicate yourself to it)

Try supplements for brain health, like fish oil, magnesium, whatever, just do some research. You want the brain to heal itself. It's a neurological condition, possibly from damage from drugs.
The brain is everything.

Oh man, I haven't really did much of any drugs at all prior to getting anhedonic. The only thing I've done was smoke a lot of weed like daily, but not even close to the amount some other people smoke.
There's no drugs that I'm even physically or mentally addicted to right now. I don't even care about smoking weed much since it sometimes put me in a derealization state.
And I'm sorry to say: But nothing gives you pleasure... Nothing :/

Numbness to everything, music, relationships with others, not giving a shit about nature, etc.? Man, it all sucks. I'm stuck in a hole. I can't visualize, I can't think, I can't even comprehend shit. I want to live but I've been suffering from this for so long that I don't even know if it's possible anymore. I still got school work to do along with work too. It's all a big hassle and I just wish I didn't have anything like that that'd bother me in my way of trying to get better.

The brain is everything.
Also been trying out nootropics here and there but it hasn't been doing much for anhedonia. I've looked up a lot, and probably spent well over $200 on supplements already. It's discouraging to keep on spending more when none of it is really doing anything. I feel so lost.

Eat healthy, take supplements, don't drink alcohol, and mostly DO NOT TAKE STIMULANTS because they will make your anhedonia worse. Just wait and to find something you like. Whats important right now is that you improve your life, if you can't get happiness from anything you may as well do a lot of hard work now and get it over with. I did some of my best academic work when I had bad anhedonia. Also you need to exercise and personally I find jacking off a couple times a week helps but I'm young so that may effect it.

Wouldn't be surprised if weed abuse has caused anhedonia. But if you look at it from a philosophical point of view it could be that psychedelics have shown you the emptiness of life and you've stopped getting carried away by ephemeral emotions. You know, psychedelics make you really grow up and you stop finding things that excite the normal mind. You're so settled in the emptiness of mind, that you realize wherever you go and whatever emotion you feel, you're going to return to the emptiness again. Try to convert this emptiness into a feeling of bliss and you'll be set.
Also, it could be that you used a high dose of mdma recently, it can cause depression for weeks/months together.
Try sober life for a while. Give group meditation a try, that will make you feel good for sure.

I have suffered from anhedonia for 2 years and i can definetely say that like major depression, it is very difficult to treat anhedonia on your own and often it is impossible to do. Since in most cases anhedonia is a symptom of some other disease, and it is necessary to treat the disease itself. Anhedonia will disappear throughout the treatment.
However, there are a number of tips dealing with anhedonia which helped me:
The correct day regime – good night’s sleep, regular meals, and physical exercises; The diet should consist of several sources of serotonin – chocolate, fresh fruit; Focus on pleasant and positive moments, try to do everything on your own in order to make a moment positive and pleasant; Psychotherapeutic correction such as Gestalt therapy, behavioral techniques, psychoanalysis; Pharmacological correction – doctors may prescribe antidepressants.

Sorry man, I don't have much to add to your predicament, so many good suggestions have come out already (you know you guys fuckin' rock??), but I just wanted to say; this ABSOLUTELY is the place to discuss your life story. Or anything. The shroomery is one hell of a fuckin' community when you get to know it. and there's a place to talk about whatever you desire under that banner there.
Please, just fully be yourself here - it's amazing when you realise you can totally just relax into being 'you' here.

It will only destroy what you are not. --Jac O'keeffe
