If something is experienced, then is must be 'natural'; i.e., part of this world as it is interacting with us. If something is NOT experienced, then it cannot be said to exist.

I just saw a ghost - no wait! It was just a sheet floating in the air with two eyeholes cut out. No big.

I've brought this up before. Here, I think. Multiple times. It's dumb. Supernatural is dumb, and Natural is dumb. Dumb built on a foundation of dumb. A meaningless prefix for a meaningless word.

It is the context and generally understood meaning of a word which matters, not necessarily the word itself, the letters it is made of or even the root (Latin or otherwise). Language is about understanding and conveying ideas, and when I say the word "supernatural", you know what I am talking about; there is little ambiguity to it, and so the word is useful for conveying it's intended concept... which is the purpose of words.

Hmm what about the concept of sensory thresholds. You could have a candle right in front of your face with nothing blocking it but still unable to be seen because its 10 miles out at see. Move that candle about a mile from the shoreline and what do you know you start to experience seeing light. Dock the boat and we can be sure it's a candle. But things like the supernatural very rarely dock their boat

Yes, but can it be said to not exist?
Well you don't know.
End of story.
