No, you weren't. You specifically were telling me that I was incorrect in saying that permabanned users don't get the notifications. For your convenience, I've quoted your post below:

This belies your whole claim about using rating deletions to piss people off. If that was your true goal, why would you want to have ratings left by permabanned people removed? They're never going to know so they're never going to be pissed off about it.
The truth is that ratings hurt your feelings. Your best option is to opt-out so as to protect you from further pain.
Incorrect - If I delete someones ratings it notifies the user. -tym
I don't have a grudge against you. I think you're a terrible mod, though. I've told you that plenty of times in PMs, and I've asked you to step down on several occasions. I don't really think there is anything left to discuss on that topic.
Since we're stuck with having you as a mod for the time being, I do my best to try to improve your skill set by pointing out areas where you need improvement. In this particular thread, I've pointed out a major area where you could improve almost instantaneously. All it would take is for you to read slower and more carefully...
Imagine that: Using the feedback forum for feedback.

I'm just giving feedback in the feedback forum. Doing so publically has benefits:
1. Other mods/admins/users might gain some benefit from the advice. 2. Transparency is always better when discussing things of general concern...like the way in which the site is moderated. 3. Others may find a better and more effective way of communicating my ideas so that you will understand them. In the past, many of the things I have told you in PM have flown over your head. 4. A public dialogue serves to empower those that may have been victimized by your incompetence in the past but are afraid of speaking up for fear of reprisals. This is a corollary to #2, I suppose.

Perhaps so. Users are also allowed to post in my Journal for the same reason/ I am not going to be a favorite to everyone but I try to keep a balanced fair approach to my work.. Again, if you think I acted in error, PM me. If for some reason that doesn't work out you can always conctact an admin Also for the record I usually recuse myself from a case where there would be a potential conflict of interests..
