How to find the right girl?

I graduated from college and was lucky to get a good job, but had to move really far away from everyone I know. It's never been particularly easy for me to find girls I want to date and who will date me, but at least there were some girls in college and when I couldn't find a girl, I had my friends to hang out with.
I'm pretty damn lonely, I've lived here now for 3 months and I still have no friends. People in my office suck, and I've tried to get them to come out and get a beer or whatever with me but I always get rejected. Everyone is in their 30's and I'm in my early 20's - it doesn't matter to me, but seems to matter to everyone else.
To top this off, I'd really like to find a girl who will at least be cool with me doing mushrooms, if not take them with me. My last girlfriend, back at school, was fine with it and it was really great not keeping it a secret.
The point of this post is I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas on where to go or what to do to try and find smart, attractive girls who are in my age group (young twenties, or even 18/19) who are also pot/shroom friendly. It seems like an absolute impossibility. Maybe its just the city I'm in and I need to get out of here, or maybe I'm asking for too much?
Thanks for any ideas. Keep in mind that it's not as simple as "go out to a bar." Since I literally have ZERO friends, every time I go out I'm just the awkward loner guy and everyone else is in their cliques, occasionally giving me weird looks.

First step is to get a social group - the more people you know, the more likely you are to find people who are into shrooms and pot, and the more likely you are therefore to find girls you want to date. Easiest way to get a friend circle going is to join a club or amateur sports league. What things interest you? Do you have any hobbies? Things like Buddhist meditation, dance classes, yoga groups, etc. are all great for meeting new people as well. Take a class or two at the local community college (it can be for something fun, like an art class or the like). Basically you just want something that involves regularly meeting and interacting with a relatively stable set of people.

Cannot be said better, this is the kind of answer I hope to receive when posing a question here.

Just remember not to rush it.
