AA Autoclave or PC ?

I'm in the market to make an All American purchase and I am leaning towards getting the All American 75x. I'm rather new to mycology, however I don't want to get trapped in a cycle of constant upgrading. Also would rather not spend lots of time hovering over the stove. I am wondering if All American 75x is the way to go or would a PC configuration be better for this hobby? Also wondering what the benefit of getting the AA Autoclave 23psi release value would be? I am looking at running 200 half pints and some bags for our edible needs. Thank you.

WHY?!?
If you want an AA just get one. If you want a plug-in sterilizer get a 75x. If you want a pressure cooker get a pressure cooker.

if you wanna save money my presto 23 quart pressure canner works great was only 80$ on amazon and it hold 10 regular mouth quarts comfortably and 10 wide mouths really snug.

Holy crap, that model is gigantic. Are you planning on a small business selling mushrooms? I imported an AA921 which I estimate fit over 15 pounds of grain (in four bags) per sterilising run. I only do 2 bags at a time though, thats al I need before getting bottenecked in the process.
It may be overkill.... However, if you have the cash, bling is always great. That's electric too, right ? Very handy if you want to work outside, and not hog the stove top for hours.

Yeah barong, seems handy to me as well and this is a great hobby. I honestly don't know if its what I should get that why I'm asking the help of experienced mycologist before a lot of money if spent on an Autoclave and turns out a PC was the way to go. Know what I mean?
Thanks nepter627. I've considered that.

Something else I would be considering is the weight of that beast. Based on my 921, and assuming the 75 is double the weight, plus the electrical gear, you would be looking at 55 pounds I imagine. And if that was filled with glass and grain, thats a whole lot heavier. Will you or anyone helping you be able to move this around easily enough if required?
What's the price difference in your area between the 921 and the 75?

The 921 runs about 250 and the 75 Autoclave has the burner built into it. It runs around 850.

200 half pints wat, are you trying to take over the world? May I suggest starting smaller, then when you have some experience under your belt, you can move on to bigger and better things
