Habitat: NE Oh. forest most;y conifers. Growing from wood.
1. I think pluteus?


2. I think Psythrella?


3. Lypercon? there was a big patch of em.



4. some kind of polypores?

Yep, except your pholiota may be a Phaeomarasmius.

:murray: Thats a good guess on your part I did a whole thread on these and most guesses were pholiota, Not to discredit anyone but there were other guesses Im sure I missed the same ID. But anyhow I found some that look exactly like the one you named with the spines on the outside of the cap and surface color texture. Thanx again cheers bud!

The orange mycena one looks orange to me. The shot looking up at the log, look more yellowish to me. I dunno either :frown:

1. Deer shield cool found couple of these so far :wink:
2. I googled images for agaricus sp. with brown gills cant seem to figure it out yet.
3. Gonna pick and eat some tomorrow cant wait! Providing they are young and white inside :wink:
