Cloning Tissue From DIRTY Jar?

So i had these jars which were way too old, like a couple months over colonized, think they mighta had some bacteria, and i just spawned em to an outdoor bed which hasnt worked out too good.
So the spawn jars had their lids kept on after spawning, and were stupidly forgotten about in a bucket outside, got rained on, and they were just floating in a bucket of rain water, but i noticed the mycelium is still going strong inside the jar, even though it has rain water that somehow got in. (see bottom of jar)
Can i possibly clone a piece of tissue from inside the jar, onto antibiotic agar, and keep isolating onto antibiotic agar to get a clean culture goin again?
Or should i clone piece of myc from jar onto antibiotic agar, let it recover, then slap a fresh disc of new antibiotic agar on top of it, let it recover through that, and make transfer from there, to normal non-antibiotic agar.
Or could i just simply transfer away from the bacteria? And not have to sandwich at all? I would just start from spore but ive come to a realization i think all my spores are 2+ yrs old, and i have no live cultures as of now

I'd say if you have 2 year old spores then use those. I've done it before with much success

I'd put my money on 2+ year old spores to agar. Those jars and bucket of water look nasty.

I almost wanna try and see if i can get a clean culture from the jar just for the experimentation of things, but ill just start from spore, besides, i dont wanna waste petris.

Just rinse the jar off and bang it against something to knock those grains loose.
Put them on agar, you don't even really need to use great sterile technique.
Don't waste your time and money on antibiotic agar. It's unnecessary. If they are able to recover, they will do so quickly and move on to the agar. Then use good sterile technique to transfer healthy mycelium away from any contams that may appear, until you have a clean culture.
I don't know how well it will fruit when you get it there though. That is some old mycelium.
