I know we wont be able to know what it is until spore print is finished, I will update with spore print soon. Until then lets hear some guesses.
Habitat:
Grass field, through the woods, cow shit everywhere, a ton of Panaeolus papilionaces around, also a few Psilocybe semilanceata.
Stem: Reddish towards the base, turning lighter colored to white near the gills
Cap: Very viscid but it has been raining today. Will post observations and pictures on if its hygrophanous or not when it dried out more.
Gills: Im thinking black with a greyish shade.

Spore print is black. Looks like this is my first active Panaeolus find.

I suggest Panaeolus acuminatus also Micro!
but if the stem was soft then it was likely cinctulus.

How do you suggest i determine if the stem is soft Joust?

Checking the stem i see nothing that could be considered "finely hairy" as P. acuminatus is described, its smooth to the touch.
Also the stem is fairly flexible, I have to bend it past a 90 degree angle for it to snap, and the outer layer of the stem still holds it together well. I dont think i would consider the stem brittle.

the stem of Panaeolus acuminatus is long and tough. It is also rather dense like a marasmius stem, rather hard. The stem of cinctulus is much softer, less dense thicker, and more fragile.

Im having a little trouble comparing the two, considering ive never seen a P. cinctulus in person.
The stem turned completely red after picking, it was flexible and rigid at first but after snapping it is no longer rigid at all (it went limp like a noodle) the stem is hollow like a very small straw.
Ive also read Panaeolus acuminatus stem described as often brittle.
Is there any other features i can look for to destinguish between the two?
