Please keep your posts legal, I'm going to be stressing this more and more of late and will ask people to edit their posts if they converse about illegal activities (within the US which is where our server lies) or I may close the thread or even delete the post alltogether.

alright you think you're so bright because you discovered that the authoraties are reading this. OF COURSE they are genius. but it's not illegal to use discretion - which people dont take advantage of. and it doesn't matter, the basic laws of the US say that you need probable cause to even arrest someone.. and using discretion will help tremendously from keeping them getting probable cause on you. Think about it, if the FBI is reading some posting that says that "I grew some shrooms then me and my friends took it and tripped balls with some pot" they will go after YOU because you directly point the illegal activities to YOURSELF. If you say it like "The shrooms grew then tripped balls off it with weed" then who do you think they go after first, even if they go after you that is, it's just freedom of speech, it doesnt contain anything that says you're guilty. Use your head, there's no way anyone can disagree with this posting.

Make your posts quite apparent that you are not growing mushrooms by saying things such as:

"I picked up a piece of paper that had this on it: 'I need help with my pf-cakes does anybody know if blah blah blah...'"

or

"I had a dream once that I was growing magic mushrooms and the casing looked dry. If I have a similar dream in the future what should i do?"

That's what I mean by "keeping it legal"

Just because you say something on the net OR in real life dosen't make it true. After coming here for long enough, I've learned enough to cultivate (even though I don't) or answer a lot of questions newbies ask. I do wonder however, if answering questions could be taken the wrong way by law enforcement. Just because I find this site interesting doesn't mean I'm breaking the law does it?

BTW, did I mention that the Arnold I'm refering to is Arnold Ziffle, the pig from Green Acres?

In your posts please do not make any comments that remotely suggest that you are participating in illegal activities. Calling them "shrooms" can be taken as slang term for "psilocybian mushroom" and thus will be considered illegal.

camel, do you know the name if this site? It's called shroomery. And it's about psilocybe mushrooms.

Post all you want... your posts are not admissions of guilt and can not be used againts you. Let them even try and prove it was acutally you that posted them. As long as you dont admit to shit, they they dont have shit on you in this case.

But let me tell you something about the FBI, they have A: loads of time, and B: have loads of money.

If the feds can tap your lines, they can track your e-mail and online activities. I?m not trying to say that you?ll be automatically caught if you put up a few posting, but your criminal suspicion climbs with every posting you put, especially if you refer to yourself in it.

But some people put 100?s or 1000?s of posting and will never have any problems with the police.

If you want to live life free of troubles with the authorities, the only way is to keep clear of sites like these. And I doubt that anyone who has visited this place isn?t even the least bit curious to take drugs.

But no one here wants that, and no one wants to be charged with a crime either. So what do you do?

You wouldn?t go around town in a car with a loudspeaker saying you take illegal drugs. Then why do it here.

Think about it, the internet is just like a huge city. Instead of homes, you have IP addresses. Instead of locks, you have proxy settings. Instead of cars, you have ISP?s. And the FBI can trace any address, bust open any lock, and run a plate on any car to find out who you really are. No one here is bad ass enough to conceal these things over the net. All you can do is use your right of discretion to protect these things.

But they still probably wont go after you if you post that you are involved in illegal activities ? they wont waste their time with small timers like that. But if you are caught using or distributing, you are no longer a small timer, you become a FELON. You then go to court, and your sentence is given to you. You are slapped down with a criminal record.

And lets face it, nothing orgasms cops more than busting criminals. Because of this, they will suspect you are growing mushrooms, or doing something no good, but they cant go after you just for words. But they WILL use anything they can against you in court, as your Miranda rights go, ?anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law?

When in court, the FBI would collect all the evidence they can from the crime scene as well as any outside source. This is all they do ? investigate and bust. If you constantly access this site using the same IP address, from the same residence, it adds up.

Honestly, if you disagree with mine or camel?s argument, you?re either na?ve, or uneducated, or both. In other honesty, the chances are you wont get caught. So, do what you have to do. If you want to act like a total jackass and put shit up here that will help you get arrested, go ahead. You can?t change everyone. But have no illusions, the authorities can track your every movement, from mail orders, credit card charges, medical records, trips to other countries, education, and, of course, online doings. Just be smart.
