id request - cyanescens maybe?

These were found on a fallen branch in nearby woods. There had been a fair amount of rainfall lately and they were pretty dirty with mud and soil that had beem splashed up. The caps are brown, with a bit of a wave, the gills are a lovely pale cinnamon and the stem is thick and white. I found a larger one that was near identical, but it broke. The flesh inside the cap reminded me of an undercooked pork chop. Do you think they are p.cyanescens?

I don't think those look like Psilocybe sp at all but better pics and spore print would probably help identifying.

100% not Psilocybe cyanescens or any other psychoactive mushroom.

It's hard to say with such small pictures, but compare to Pluteus species

Thank you all for such quick assistance. I will be certain to get a better camera, I found lots of types of mushrooms today and have been snap happy, only to find the pictures are quite poor now I'm home. I will read guidance on spore printing also. I think they look quite like pluteus salicinus now I have seen pictures of them. Thank you once again for your help.

Your mushrooms do not look like Pluteus salicinus, in that there is no trace of bluing where the stem is cut or the cap is damaged. If the spores turn out to be pink, Pluteus cervinus is plausible, though the pictures are not very helpful.

I dunno man. That does not look anything like P. salicinus to me.

Probably Entoloma or Pluteus. Can't tell. Need a better description.

Hmmm, seems I have lots to learn about identifying mushrooms. I will be sure to read up on posting id requests.
