Foes or Cints ID [Update for prints]

Habitat: Lawn. Regularly fertilized but quite old.
Stem: Up to 7 cm long. I don't see any of the reddish powder but it rained last night and is still raining so maybe it washed off? Cap: Most are around 3 cm across. Spore print color: Print in progress. Bruising: No bruising that I can see.
Other information: I'm guessing they are probably foes, but I have been going through the 2013 cint thread and I'm not able to tell the difference on many. The stems should probably be fatter for cints I am guessing. Gills aren't as black as they could be. More of a brown I'd say. Although based on pics of "cints" that I've seen sometimes the gills are brown like this.
Do you guys have any tips for telling the differences besides what I've mentioned? I'm having a tough time. Maybe because I probably haven't found a real cint yet.
Also has anyone just walked around eating anything that looked like a foe/cint? Because foes are harmless from what I've read. Not that tasty sure. But If you walk around and eat a few dozen who knows what might happen. I remember reading a study that said there a small amounts of actives in foes, but perhaps that study was flawed.
Thanks guys and the print is coming if necessary for ID.

It can be difficult to differentiate between the two by visually comparing alone. The spore print will usually reveal the identity: Jet black for Panaeolus cinctulus, brown-black for Panaeolus foenisecii.
Post photos of your prints when they are ready.

They look like Foes but a spore print will confirm it.
-------------------- Pain is temporary. It may last for a minute or an hour or a day or even a year but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it will last forever.

Some look "jet black" to me. Others look definitely brown. But maybe because less spores fell?
