What are you the most excited about with the current changing of the seasons?

My first baby, a son, is due on oct 18, under a full, eclipsing, hunters moon. That is the most amazing thing that could ever happen in my favorite season of the year!

I am most excited about getting back into hiking again. It's really too hot here in the summer to hike and Autumn is the perfect time. Nice and cool, less bugs to worry about, pretty leaves changing and all that good stuff. I went hiking for the first time in probably 6 months or so last week and noticed a huge difference in how I felt since I have been going to the gym all this time, so now im super excited to hike more often.
I also love Autumn because it means time to start cooking delicious, hearty, cold weather meals.

I hear the graboids calm down in the autumn and winter times. Is it true? We don't have graboids up in Northern NV. Too much rock.

You should ship them up to the black rock desert. I'm sure we could establish a healthy population of graboids up here, what with burning man and the tourists and all.

I look forward to less intense heat. I look forward to being able to go camping and to the beach without there being one million people there. The autumns here is So Cal are not nearly as dramatic as other places further north that I've lived, but there still is a seasonal change and that lovely autumn smell in the air and dew on the grass.

Winter will come quickly. I love autumn, the colors, the smells, the changes in environment and the fungi. Also I love the fact that gardens are in full harvest too. Autumn is a special time of the year. Spring and autumn are my favorites, winter and fall quickly follow after. Summers and winters just seem to last too long is all. Since fall and spring are the transitions they go by too quickly.

It had already been a lot cooler here.
Last night I googled Alaskan weather and I'm glad as fuck I left that place last summer.

Couple years ago I had a pretty nice tradition of tripping on the Equinox, or soltice, things like that, it was fun.
I cant tonight, but I'll be house sitting for my parents next weekend I'm thinking it's been a bit too long, and I need to get back on that horse shaped shroom.

The smell of roasted chiles ain't so bad either
It's been much cooler here in St. Louis too. Friday was a very humid 85*, yesterday was a crisp 70*. Got down to about 50* last night.
I love the Fall, but it always reminds me how fast time flies. On the other hand, lots of great food, cheap weed, and wet/fresh hop beers are about to be here.
