Keeping excess supplies in my car trunk when it is cold outside? Ok to do?
    #18874299 - 09/21/13 11:36 PM (10 years, 4 months ago)

Hi,

I have a very limited space, so i want to move a few of my supplies to the trunk of my car.  Some of my spare glass jars, vermiculite, and WBS (packed neatly with padding so as not to cause damage or spillage).  It'll be getting cold soon, and I am wondering how long I can keep this stuff in there?  Like what temp (F) can glass, verm, and WBS get down to before they become damaged or unusable?

Thank you very much for your answer.  :inlove3:

I don't think there is a realistic temp that that cold weather cold reach in order to make everything unusable. but just for shits and giggle I'll put my money on absolute zero:thumbup:

that being said, if there's no visible damage then you should be good to go:thumbup:

I agree.. if anything, it would keep the supplies cleaner.

I don't think it matters how cold the verm and glass get, as for the WBS i wouldn't think you'd want to get it down below freezing and thawing a bunch... But i too have all muh stuffs in the car for now too :bigjoint:
