Why arent all brains like Einsteins

I was reading about einstein...
http://www.wisegeek.org/how-is-einsteins-brain-different-from-a-normal-brain.htm
Why arent we all born with a brain formed this way? It seems like we would of evolved to have brains like this considering he was so much smarter then a average human.

Because evolution does't favor 'the best', it favors all of the 'good enough to make it'.

In addition to what koraks said, Einstein's brain isn't necessarily the ideal for every type of thinking. Artists and musicians for example may fair better with a different structure. Just because his differences helped him excel in his chosen field, it doesn't mean others would do better with his differences as well.

This exactly. It's a sad but true fact of evolution.

good thread. even the feedback is good.
As stated above, the universe doesnt "favor" certain genetic traits. its just a random mix and the mix you get is just how your mind functions. for ex. your mix ends up being.. your favorite subject is language then your just more focused and drawn to it.
truthfully, id like to believe that EVERYONE has a brain like Einstein, its just.. certain people are more drawn to other subjects.
imagine if we were only to have a world full of people that thought like Einstein. you know how much we WOULDNT figure out?! even Einstein was limited in thinking power believe it or not. he didnt know whats on the edge of the universe and neither do we yet. and if the world was all Einsteins, we'd probably never know because we'd all be looking in the same place for an answer when its in the completely opposite spot.
I couldn't imagine my life without being science-minded like Einstein, I wouldn't be me, thats for sure. They say Einstein thought in picture problems. -...
Imagine traveling at the speed of light in a car. You flick you dome light on. What would happen?.. Einstein would carry this thought on in the form of a picture in his mind to figure it out. I do exactly this. Im not saying im Einstein, Im just saying I know exactly what their talking about with this and it seems to work very well.
Train yourself to solve problems this way and you will become a physics expert.
Btw, I know the answer to that question. Im leaving it open though so you can try this method of problem solving!
also, Don't be afraid of new information as well. It's not nearly as bad as it seems because once you learn one thing, all the rest begins to connect. I tell people this key phrase all the time and they even thank me for telling em it. I know people are afraid of new information because their afraid of not understanding. That is certainly not the case. It's way easier than you think! Before you know it, your learning the geometry, math/language of the universe!

Okay.
What is Einstein known for again?

Relativity, nuclear power, nuclear weapons, the relationship between and nature of time, space, gravity, and blackholes, to name a few. Almost all of our understanding of the universe comes from Einstein, either directly or based on his ideas. Many of his theories about the universe have never been disproven. In fact, they've been proved right time and time again.

Einstein's particular talents were not necessarily advantageous to survival or reproduction during the time when our brains were physically evolving. When you are fighting lions and hunting for food a capacity for ruminative quantum musings is not of much value.

It was rhetorical. My point was that Einstein was not known for playing the violin.
