Need advice on a new health regime

I currently have a few health conditions that I know would be much improved, if not fixed, with a solid regime of eating healthy, exercising and yoga. For some reason I can't get into the routine of it from home so I feel that joining the gym is the best option. Plus they have additional services that I can take advantage of. I've tried to workout at home,which was successful in the past, but I found that I lost interest to the point of not exercising at all.

I just don't know where to start really. I've been looking up essential foods for the body and foods that boost serotonin and all that stuff, so I've been tying to base a meal plan around that. Also I've been trying to look up beginner yoga routines to do in the morning to help with anxiety/depression/energy.

I'll be looking around the forum as well but if anyone can provide yoga routines, food recommendations and exercise plans I'd be grateful.

I avoided the gym for a long time but then I realized it can be motivating with all the sleek fit bods walking around. There's a row of some sort of workout machine facing the track and often there are pretty ladies on them. I make sure to check my posture and quicken my pace when I know they can see me rofl.

I generally keep exercising simple: running, cycling, pushups, planks, situps, that sort of stuff. My general rule is that if I'm sweating and maintaining an elevated heart rate for a while, then I'm exercising enough. I'm not sure if that's a good rule to go by but it's what I do.
