MS Orissa India

I know they are messy . I wiped the sides and cleaned them up. after pouring. There has to be one that was done with adequate sterility. Unless all of these have the same contam . They were allowed to ungelatinize in the car accidently and a couple cooled at an angle with the agar on the inner sides. I taped the lids so theres not much air exchange since Im still moving. Can I put any of these in grain jars in a couple days or is another transfer smart. The growth is all white . Only one appears to have rhizo characteristics. the others are blobs.

I forgot the purpose of STILL air . Not sterile air.
Agar was
8 gs potato flakes. 4 gs agar. 1 liter water
PC'd for a good amount of time. suffiecent.
Fucked up on the SA/GB with all the movement this is not suprising . You gotta slow down and do it right.

I've had plates that looked worse than that at a week and still eventually got germination and cleaned up the culture in a few transfers. That said, if spores aren't scare you should try again.
Might be a good idea to pour plates and leave them for a couple days before inoculating, so you don't waste spores on a plate that's already doomed.
