Ready to do bulk...

Just got my coco coir in the mail. I got a 7 quart bag from a place called out-grow, it's loose coco coir. I was going to follow this tek....

I'm just not sure how much to use as it's not in a brick form. I imagine I'd just measure out 650 grams? Or should I fill up so many quart jars.
Thank you.
Also, what happens if grains arnt 100% colonized and you try to spawn to bulk? Mine looks pretty white and they've been broken up a couple times. They've been going for 16 days and I think they are ready? I havn't been able to get a defined clear answer on this.

Generally I wouldn´t use anything that is not completely colonised for spawning. If you put something in there that contains lots of nutrients, then some kind of creatures will come to eat the nutrients, and you don´t know if these creatures will be your mushrooms. I sometimes had grains in glasses, if they were not completely colonised at the bottom, I cut that off and threw it away.
What do you actually mean by "they´ve been broken up a couple of times"? You´ve crumbled them to regrow on the uncolonised spots or what?

Yes, I've taken the jars and have shaken them up a few times. I can see white on every side of the jars including the top and the bottoms. They look done to me..
The tek I'm gonna use calls for 4 quart jars of grain, what happens if I used 5 or 6?

4 jars is too few. Use as many as you can.

If you use more grain than in the recipe, you will have better chances of success, as the bulk substrate will be colonised more quickly and the contaminats (that will no doubt be in the substrate as soon as it gets air contact) have less time to multiply and produce toxins against their enemies (= the hyphae). If youre not sure if your grain is really absolutely perfect, it is recommendable to use more grain.
If youre unsure about the amounts of your recipe, thats a bit difficult. People like to measure their ingredients by volume instead of dry weight, which is not the most accurate way. But coco coir is not so extremely prone to contaminants, so it may still work out if you estimate what seems to be the right amount. Anyways,he most important thing is the right moisture content => squeeze test
