Identify these mushrooms please

Hey guys, went hunting for the second time today in the West Midlands, UK and found the following:
Species 1:

Habitat: Found in grased field - 2 were found growing out sheep poo
Gills: light, creamy colour, can be abit cinnamonie' - large'ish, quite well parted gills
Stem: 2 - 4cm long - reasonably thin but rigid - not hollow
Cap: ranges from the smaller ones being 1cm to the larger being between 2cm - 3cm diameter firm, rigid cap ranges from a creamy pastel colour to a cinnamon colour.
Spore print color: not tested yet
Bruising: no bruising

Species 2:

Habitat: grased grassland
Gills: musty grey colour - finely packed thin gills
Cap: cap with variations from lighter to darker brown - some go from a light cream to dark brown colour flexible cap
Stem: thin, quite flexible stem - hollow stem
Spore print: not tested yet
Bruising: no brusing

Species 3:

Habitat: grased grassland
Gills: brown - finely packed, thin gills
Cap: flat, cream colour which darkens in the center - it is quite flexible
Stem: flexible, hollow stem
Spore print: not tested yet
Bruising: no

Species 4:

Habitat: grased glassland
Gills: Dark grey/brown - finely packed thin gills
Cap: Consistent pastel cream colour - quite flexible
Stem: 4cm+ long thin stems - hollow - flexible
Spore print: not tested yet
Bruising: no

Species 5:

Habitat: grased grassland
Gills: quite well parted - reasonably thick
Cap: Wavy with the edges rising the more mature and large they are Leathery texture - dark brown with a lighter center
Stem: quite thick, hollow, flexible stem
Spore print: not tested yet
Bruising: no

I think Marasmius oreades are great eating, the texture in particular.
(I do mean just eating, nothing recreational about a good omelet.)

haha, you can't beat a good omelette with freshly hand-picked mushrooms! even though half of them are covered in sheep shit.
