help with identification

I need to reach out to the community for help with identifying a particular mushroom I found today. I found it in Black Forest Colorado about 20 minutes north east of Colorado Springs. I found it in a pile of horse dung. The cap was about an inch across and a reddish, orange, brown color. It has linear gills that are black no cross sections, but kind of fork at the edge of the cap. The gills are concave somewhat underneath the cap. The stem was very thin and about 3 inches long and white/tan it has linear fibers that kind of look like a dry piece of hay, and it broke apart fairly easy, however separating the stem from the cap was pretty tough. It was basically dry when I found it and it was growing alone. I can send a photo if you like. I have been searching on the internet and I found some pics of dried Psilocybe semilanceata and it looks just like it. I would really appreciate the help. Thanks!

Panaeolus semiovatus?

Definitely not a Psilocybe Semilanceata.

I looked at pics of Panaeolus semiovatus and it couldn't be. The cap was completely reddish orange and the gills are solid black on the one I found. Were you able to see the pics? Thanks
