Is this healthy or contaminated? (Pics) Few other Q's too...

Hey there. This is my first grow and have a few questions. I moved 3 out of 10 BRF cakes into the FC 2 days ago. I give it 12 hours of light a night from a 6500K CFL. Perlite Humidification. Dunk and Rolled. Fanned and misted multiple time a day. I notice some white fuzzy stuff growing on the cakes. Is this healthy mycelium or is this a contaminant? Also, I have 7 more jars 95% colonized. Is it better to initiate pinning in the jars or in the fruiting chamber? The current 3 cakes in my FC haven't shown sign of pinning yet. When should I expect to see them? Thank you!

I have what looks like a way more severe version of that and everything I find seems to say you just need to fan it more. This board is so important and so dead :-(

Too many questions in one post!
First, the pics: No immediate signs of contam. You may have a combination of light bruising and myc growth from too little FAE. Fan more or loosen your hole stuffing if you can. There is a possibility that the fluffy area is mold. It looks unlikely, but it's possible. Watch it like a hawk, and if it starts to show darker coloration of the green or black variety, or a dusty texture, toss it.
Question 2: Initiate pinning in the fruiting chamber; moving the cakes from the jars to the fruiting chamber and dunking & rolling will damage the pins and you'll likely have to wait for new ones to form.
Last, pins take about a week to be visible. I've found fast strains start showing tiny knots after two days, but they usually don't get the characteristic brown color until day 4/5 at least. Expect another week until you have easily visible pins.
Last, your perlite looks saturated. The water level should be well below the surface of the perlite - the advantage of perlite is its huge surface area, which adds to humidity by increasing evaporation. If the perlite is waterlogged, there underwater perlite cannot contribute to evaporation.
