Possible contaminant?

Hi, so this is my first attempt growing. I decided to buy a easy mushroom kit which comes with 2 pre-made jars and other essentials for reasonably cheap. The only reason I decided too purchase this kit is because of the good reviews, price and the fact I haven't got a PC (will invest soon).
Anyway, it has been 6 days since inoculation and one of the jars is colonising much faster than the other one. See pics below to get an idea of the progress one is making compared to the other.
I was thinking because of the speed compared to the other that it may be cobweb contam? I'm not too knowledgeable on this and I don't think I can fully tell if it is or isn't, thats where you guys come in
Jar 1:
tilt screen back if necessary due to flash

Jar 2:

Opposite side
Is this normal? I'd say it isn't very white so I was seeing if it was cobweb as that is supposed to be more of a grey?
I've had a quick look on google images and found this image which I would say is a close resemblance color wise

And then here is a picture of what I thought the mycelium would have looked like

Thanks for any help in advance, also due to me being cautious more pics are not available unless necessary.
Lastly, if it is contaminated which I'm 70-80% sure it isn't what may have caused it? So i know what to avoid next time round. I was very cautious when it came to being sterile so I'm hoping it's just mycelium.
Thanks

Looks good to me. Thats how it usually starts off. I remember my first time with brf jars i thought the same thing. Dont worry, I think everything is gunna end up just right. And as far as I'm concerned, if you end up with a contaminated brf jar it either looks kinda slimey like or you get different colors. I used to think it could be cobweb but that is really rare in jars, esp with brf. I think your looking good buddy. Post up later and let us know how it ended up. and P.S you should post on this same one so all of us get it. GL scoops Edit: What would have cause it, is the possibility of a contaminated syringe, or not properly sterilizing your jars. There are many factors but read up on this site and I'm sure you'll figure it out. I've been lurking around for many years before becoming a member and i can tell you that theres plenty of research you could do on this site.

That's a relief, I've read that cobweb contam covers the whole jar in around a day, and its been a little over a day so it may just be mycelium. I guess I was expecting it to be bright white and when it wasn't I instantly thought it may be a contam hence the post.
In a few days I will post a grow log, would rather have it in that forum rather than the contaminant forum
It came with a humidity bag that will need to be folded over itself at the top and sealed with paper clips. From then on when mushrooms appear I will fan 2-3 times a day (may have to be after 5PM on some days so how will I fan 2-3 times from 5pm-10? Will I need to fan every 1 and half hours?) for around 5 mins a piece with a paper plate. As I only have 2 cakes should I just do what the instructions say and put it in the provided container full of vermiculite (that has boiling water poured in then after its cooled filter out the water by opening the corner of the container lid then vertically drop the cakes in) and then situated into the humidity bag or just build a SGFC?
Thanks in advance

Ya I know. The myc usually starts off as an off white, almost grayish. Since you only have two cakes I wouldn't recommend a sgfc, although I have had great success with using two liter bottles, one quarter off the bottom cut off, filled with pearlite thats been soaked/drained. Fit the top and bottom together, place a couple knife slits at the top of the bottle and a few smaller at the bottom about an inch above the pearlite. Dunk your cakes in a Big Gulp Cup with the same jar they colonized in and fill the cup with water to keep them submerging for about 12 to 24 hrs. Roll them in vermiculite and put cake in your new fruiting chamber. P.S you still gotta spray them everyday
