Is this a good enviornment for cultivation?

This is my first time, and sorry if this comes off as a stupid question. I have a water bed I keep at about 95degreees. The frame has drawers underneath for storing purposes. I believe, closed, inside the drawers is at least 80degrees.
My question is, would this be an acceptable place to start growing the mycelium? (That is in a typical jar with the usual substrate).
Thanks in advance. Just a rookie trying a new found hobby.

due to the temperature it seems like a perfect place for incubation

The higher the temps the easier it is for contams to grow. Setting your jars on a shelf in room temperature (68-76f) should be ideal.

I figured the somewhat elevated temperature might be favorable to growth? And obviously the complete darkness. PFtek recommends about 80 degrees? That is considerably more than room temperature in my environment.
What are the negatives/positives of incubating in a colder/warmer environment?
It doesn't matter what temperature it is...Its always room temperature.

78 to 80 is ideal for mycelium growth. Just don't go over that

Indirect 6500k indirect lighting is good. 12 on 12 off. Total darkness is outdated. Room temperature reduces your chances of contamination but causes slower mycelium growth. Higher temperatures around 80-82 SLIGHTLY increases chances of contamination but also increases the speed of growth. 80F would be just fine. I usually incubate at 75F with a TIT incubator. Seems to have worked best IME

I can't find the graph but it's basically a skewed bell curve with temperatures. Anything over 80 or 82 and the myc actually goes slower than it would have in the 70's so be careful the 80F is a tough game to play especially when you don't account the lack of airflow in a closed box and the temperature the myc puts off colonizing your jars.
