If there are any issues, it will likely have to do with how loose the polyfil is in the top holes of the tote and how tightly packed the polyfil is in the bottom hols. There should be little beads of water, almost like dew, covering your entire substrate throughout the grow. This is a sign of a properly dialed in monotub. I think your original plan to wait 5 days and then reassess is a good idea. It's possible that your top holes have too much polyfil in them though.

I have had tubs I blotted the water off of completely stall and only yield an oz or 2 when other identical tubs I just let dry on their own blew up like the world trade. Also the polyfil is a likely contender.

Just a few suggestions going forward:
After your bulk is prepped, go ahead and squeeze a handful (with gloved hands), to be sure barely a drop of water can be squeezed out by hand pressure. If more than a couple drops comes out, you may need to squeeze it out to a better field capacity. Yours may have been perfect, but I would always check it this way.
If you notice so much pooling in the bottom your project is about to float, you could suck some of the moisture out with a syringe, or do the ole tilt and drain...I don't know your situation there.
Instead of blotting, if there is good surface tension with the pooling water, tilt and drain the tub so the water runs to the side. You may have the "buckle" or bend the side a bit to create space for the water to run back down the side. If this continues to be an issue you can actually elevate one end of your tub on a book or something, so then most of the water that collects on the lid will run to the side and drain down the edge, rather than pooling in the middle of your lid, and essentially raining on your project. (was that a run on sentence or what?)
It has only been in fruiting a couple days, so hopefully it is in the process of drying out just a tad, and getting ready to produce more pins. It is not uncommon to take several days to see hyphals and/or pins. The lil ones you have hopefully are just "scouting" it out getting ready to give the "all clear" for all the rest :p
