I had that problem, had to constantly have something to sip on, then I switched from primarily drinking soda to primarily drinking water. For a week or two the dry mouth got worse, but now it's no longer a problem.

How much water you drink a day?

Iatrogenic dry mouth... good sleuthing, Synth Ethics!!!

Sheekle, this is actually a health concern as concerns your dental health. Your teeth need to stay moist.

Perhaps try salivating? (I can incur spit voluntarily, but it might be that only gay men can do this :feelssadman:).

Barring that, between your Doctor and your Dentist you may see about actually treating it, but I'm an alarmist and a pill pusher.

BTW you were an honorable mention in the "Hey, while his family is dying and he's trying to kick an addiction, let's hate on st1ll" thread :highfive:

That is a sign of very low acetylcholine.
This is a neurotransmitter responsible for memory, awareness, and learning.  You can just eat like 3-4 eggs for breakfast and you should see some improvement and much better cognition for the rest of the day (eggs are very dietary choline source).

Could be indicative of a medical condition or a side effect a medication that you're on. Especially if you take psych meds or hormone meds... or allergy meds.

100% sure its low acetyl-choline. you need to either supplement with choline or get it through dietary sources.

I've read that digestive problems can cause a coating on the tougue which in turn causes a dry mouth like effect.

Just throwing that out there.

This clearly leaves you only one option.

Water XR. It's also called ice but it's an extended-release water preparation suitable for hydration.
