Are your success rates in not getting contams in the warmer season higher than it is in the colder?

I gave cultivation a go last winter but I failed several times due to green mold. So I stopped trying for a bit. In the winter, I remember it Seeming like if I had a loaf of bread for any more than a week it would get green mold all over it. But Now there is no mold at all anywhere, and  I couldnt really figure out why. My best answer was the weather. But is that true? Is mold less prone in the summer? Since my house seems nearly mold free I shot up a few jars yesterday with some orissa india , and It seems as if I did everything correctly. So im hoping for the best.

Peace and thanks.

Usually its the opposite. Ppl experience higher mold counts in summer where its warm and wet.
