Whats a good Mycology Microscope?

Im looking for a microscope for studying different spores and learning more about Mycology. I am currently going to school on the path to getting my Doctrine of Pharmacology and afterwards was thinking maybe Mycology. I am fascinated with the process and micro-organisms. Im dead set on taking this hobby in!! Im looking for a microscope in the price range of $200-$400 and that would help me to get a basic understanding of what spores are supposed to look like and certain species. I also want a microscope that would help me to identify the different types of bacteria that might lie in the mycelium. If anybody could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. And I am in Oklahoma, almost done with my basics, and had plans on OU very soon so any microscope that I could use there efficiently would be awesome as well. Thanks

Yeah, but you would have had to taken biology, and they use scopes.
Do you know what a doctrine is?

If there is another definition that I'm not aware of please let me know.
*sarcasm aside* No problem.

This thread was moved from Science and Technology.
Reason: I think this is the appropriate forum for microscope questions, though the mods there will sort it out if not
Good luck
