You've got to pick what one you keep. It's an either or for the rest of your life. What do you pick?
music or drugs
You may choose only one

Life without drugs from this point on would be pretty alright. Its gonna be  :awecid:  with them but still pretty good without

Life without music would be depressing and lonely.

Music. Perferably both.

Whenever my friends and I do dabs we have music in the background... when the music shuts off (for whatever reason) everything gets too eerily quiet even amongst the chatter.

Music is so important for relaxed socializing. Moreso than drugs.

I love the music but I dislike a lot of the fan created nonsense, I think it's kind of silly the majority of the time and pushes people away from ever going near the music.

The music I think is fantastic, I think it's a real shame that some people aren't able to enjoy it because the band did go through a lot of work and music theory in order to make the live shows so legendary. You can't make everyone like you I guess

Music. I write songs and play guitar... Which while it would be a pain to drop recreational drug use and addiction, it can be done.. And would be done for music.

if i picked drugs, what would stop me picking up a guitar and jamming?  would just sound like incoherent nonsense?

because you would still hear sound surely?

sometimes a well flowing conversation can sound like music to me.

Voted music because music can be enjoyed in any state of consciousness whereas drugs constrain you.

Well that is the fallacy of such a question, isn't it? It is human brain's ability to recognize patterns such as repetition (beat) and fractions of particular wavelengths (notes) that gives us the ability to hear music while other animals only hear noise (their brains can't identify the patterns)

The inability to recognize such patterns in nature would cripple us to the point of not being considered human anymore. Thus, one can not really live in a world of drugs, but not music.

It's all fiction. that said there are some people who identify as "amusical." But this only mean that they do not derive enjoyment from it. These individuals are still able to perceive such things as beat and harmony as well as anyone else.
