Hard to tell as they have been really hard grown. If they are yours I would advise you to pot them into a new mix, put them in the shade and water regularly. If the weather is warm to hot you should get new growth in a couple of weeks or so.

Cheers

Do you think i can graft with this? i got this picture from a source and i'm going to get it maybe 2 days after and i would like to know if this species is suitable for grafting? Should i cut the green stem and re root it for new growth or just leave it as it is?

I could be wrong, but as far as I know any species of Pereskiopsis will work as a grafting stock. Looks like yours may form fat stems pretty readily, which is nice if you want to graft bigger scions.
