$80,000/year. I don't know why, but I heard this study on npr and they said people that are in that income bracket are the happiest. People are weird. Rich people want more money just like poor people do. We get used to what's making us happy and then want more, or something bettter, no matter how good we have it in the first place. I guess the best thing to do is increase your happiness slowley over the whole corse of your life. Haha. Idk. I need some sleep. That would make me happy right now.

Happiness often results paradoxically from not focusing on your own emotional state

happiness is found when you least pursue it and instead start doing the things you love

Food, water, shelter- all material things. Do you believe you could be happy without these three for an extended period of time?

It's your natural state when thought patterns are not particularly negative.

Be yourself, then you're happy, it's as simple as that

and everything you see makes you happy

it's only possible to be yourself without stress/pills/drugs

Happiness is in positive surprises, imo.
But for me, I'm fine when I'm content anyhow. Then happiness has more room to hit me, too :sun:

Pretty close right here to my expectations of happiness. I come to these type of simplified life solutions when tripping. Focuses my eyes on the right thangs I guess.

Water, food , warmth, affection.
In that order is the typefied human "happiness" IMO.
Anything else is excess. Anything less is subpar and ridden with suffering in some way contributing to "unhappiness".

Cheers
