I thought these were pretty cool looking, no idea what they could be though.

Habitat:Woods, in a pile of dung (goat I think) and shavings northeast us

Gills:
Blackish brown

Stem:
Thin, hollow, white 2-5 inches long roughly, and extremely brittle

Cap:
1-5cm roughly conical becoming flat and splitting slightly

Spore print color:
I'd assume black by the amount of black crud on my hands from touching them.

Bruising:
Black possible may just be spores.

I'd go with Coprinellus sect. Micacei.

It looks really similar, some of the younger ones seem to have a lighter brownish tan color which these did not. Although the ones I spore printed seem to of turned into that black inky goo that I read about. Maybe that's because they were growing where they seemed to be getting no light at all I have no clue? Thanks for the help!
