but my guess is she also found the shrooms.. so i might just be honest with her.. and film her reaction

It is too late for that now, You gotta tell her that you secretly wanted to go to culinary school to be on that show top chef, but because dad was a fat ass and didn't appreciate quality food you had to hide it.
See it all started when you were 6 and he wanted to go "fishing," but instead he took you to McDonald's and then to the bar. That evening sitting at the bar eating your happy meal your stomach began to get queasy and you had to run to the bathroom. You were in there for like 45 minuets, and all the other patron were getting pissed off, and so they looked at your dad thinking he was neglecting his duties and he needed to get you off that pot so that they could take a piss.
That night you swore to your self on the ride home that you would learn to cook, and you would only cook Clean food. You despised that crap they served at McDonald's. You set out on your way.
Recently you have been studying the effect of properly pressure cooked meat. Most Fried Chicken places pressure cook their meat before frying it, to prevent any E Coli or Salmon ilia poisoning.
The mushrooms are just organic farm raised White button mushrooms you were planning on making for her in a dish that would highlight the simple but complex fresh umami flavors with a twist of horseradish in a blanched stew were suppose to go over the pressure cooked Veil covered in tomatoe and basil. You were going to accompany this dish with diced Brussels sprouts and bacon.
But you aint gonna cook shit now cause shes all nosy and up in your business.
