I have a few no pour half pint mason agar jars that have clean mycelium, but a bit of water built up that's a bit milky looking. I don't think it a contam as its been this way for days. Ill try to get a picture later. Should I worry?

Its very normal for water to start building up in agar dishes but milky white sounds suspect to me...

If it is milky, it is bacteria.
It doesn't spread across the dish the way mold does.

With a no pour lid contams arent going to fall down into the sides like a proper agar dish.

If contams land on the side of the jar when inoculating, and get pulled down by condensation...yes, it very well can contam around the edges
That is another benefit of proper petris, there is little room for contams to sneak in and show up later.

I see no place in this post where he mentions a tek, aside from the words "no pour half pint mason agar jars" which can utilize a wide variety of lids.
However, if he's taken any transfers or anything, he would have had to open it regardless. Also, was this inoculated with a spore syringe? We don't know.
So...I guess I just wasn't assuming anything with my reply.
And BTW, I am aware of what no-pour agar jars look like
