Hey there... I just got some T. Bridgessi cuttings... two of them, one for my garden (mind) and another to plant in the ground....
one is darker and thinner.... and one is lighter and a bit fatter....
Which one will be stronger for my garden (mind) and which one will be better to plonk in the ground??
cheers

It's impossible to know which will be the most potent without bioassying both. No one, to my knowledge, has figured out exactly how environmental factors affect alkaloid content in cacti. It's all hear-say and there's no consensus as to what factors increase or decrease production of the goodies.

so what one would you juice? the fatter lighter coloured one? or the skinny darker coloured one?

pics? The fat one will prolly be heavier so may have more goodies for a garden(mind).
-------------------- Favorite entheogen experiences in descending order: 1)Combo of oral DMT + smoked Bufotenine 2)Amanita (urine drank twice) 3)Mushrooms > Achuma 16"+cid(still need higher dose Achuma)> Cid (still need high dose) 4)Morning Glory-HBWR (+cumin, cinnamon aldehyde adducts) > Methyl chavicol (need more activators) 5)Salvia (need to try quid)
All readable matter in the above post is ficticious... any similarities to real life are purely coincidental. Blessing.

A Trichofecta of sorts...hmm
Personally, I'd eat the smaller one for two reasons. Assuming each specimen is around one foot and given the unknown potency, the smaller one could very well contain more than enough goodies - still enough for a great trip, at the low end. Then you'd be left planting the fat one. More mass=faster growth

Why not cut em in half. Then, you can plant either the tips or the bottoms once they callous. Now you get to know them both.
If you plant the bottoms there's a chance it could throw multiple pups as well, leaving you with even more possibilities.

Yea, I cut fat boy (lighter one ) and might cut skinny as well... half and half.... two can be planted then ay.... they are like mid section cuts anyway... so chopping them in half again can't really matter too much eh?

Let it callous well and put it in free draining soil. They're little troopers even at only 6 inches.

They are both solid, over a foot... teh skinnier one when I chopped it had heaps more green and darker... looks fresher, healthier maybe....
I dehydrated about 5 inches of San Pedro, and a foot or so of Bridgessi...
I wish I had some torch to mix in.... I am going to crush them together into powder, and spit in it, add a bit of lemon and raw apple cider vinegar.... hopefully should help my gut deal with the purgerous stuff I have heard so much about....
I am getting excited.... but need to wait about a week for all of this fuggen rain to stop.....
